I have decided to lose my locks for a very good cause. Everyone has their own story to tell when supporting a cause.
Mine is that I have lost some beautiful friends, way before their time and without watching their beautiful children grow into wonderful adults.
So until we can stop this insidious illness in its tracks ….. let’s help the families still struggling and managing life while tackling cancer and support the McGrath Foundation.
I am fundraising to ensure that no one goes through cancer without the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse.
McGrath Cancer Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by cancer by providing invaluable clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.

I will be snipping off my hair (Probably clipper No 1) on School Parade on Monday, 1st December at 2.15 pm - Alligator Creek State School.
Joining me will be Cameron Alley our Year 5/6 Teacher and Helen Grimmond from our office. Helen will be having an undercut which will be sprayed with Pink hairspray!!I

It was a Great Afternoon at the Creek - McGrath Foundation Event
It was pure chaos in the hall, Kids clapping to the music, Pink hairspray all over the place, and the clippers were getting a workout.Last Date with Lorette - Hair with Flair
On a late Thursday night - Lorette and her girls did my final colour before the big clip Monday next week. Slightly delirious by the end of the night. Thank you so much for your kindness. See you next Monday xMr Alley and Mrs Grimmond will be Joining Me !
