Pink is the colour of care
It’s been almost 2yrs since I found out I had stage 3 breast cancer. Since my diagnosis I’ve been fortunate to have been taken great care of by my amazing family and friends and a wonderful medical team via our public health system and am feeling well and loving life. I have also had support every step of the way from McGrath Cancer Care Nurses. From gently explaining all the new medical terminology to listening to my worries and keeping me company and checking in on me during chemo and beyond.
I am fundraising so that McGrath Cancer Care Nurses can continue to help individuals and their families affected by cancer by providing invaluable clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support.
