Unfortunately, a number of our Clinton family have needed the services of the McGrath Foundation Breast Cancer Nurses and they have been incredible supports for the patients and their families during a very tough time, and we are excited that McGrath Foundation are now offering support for ALL CANCER.
They offer support not just to the patient, but to the whole family, in a variety of ways. Clinton Football Club want to raise money so that more people, both men and women can have access to a nurse, to get the support and help they need, in a stressful, emotional time.
A cancer diagnosis can change your life in an instant and the impact can be felt right through your family and friends. McGrath Nurses bring you and your family peace of mind through expert knowledge, personal care and genuine compassion. They can help you create time in your life not defined by cancer. Clinton Football Club goes PINK! for Breast Cancer 2026
Clinton Park will turn pink on Saturday 13th June for our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Day and Fundraiser for the McGrath Foundation.
All of our teams will don their pink jerseys, with player jerseys available for sale after the games. We will also have supporter jerseys available for pre-order with profits made going directly to McGrath Foundation. The Brave Damian Dodd will say farewell to his hair on the day, and if we can reach $15k he will shave the beard, we are talking about a chin that hasn't been seen in 20 years!!!! Damian's Mum Pat Dodd, who has a beautiful ponytail down to her waist is also shaving and donating her locks to the team at the Wesley Hospital. There will be a multi draw raffle, lots of fun, lots of football and some pink treats along the way.
