Pink is the colour of care
Corio Bay Sports Club – Pink Stumps Day Fundraiser
Corio Bay Sports Club is proud to be participating in Pink Stumps Day, raising funds in support of the McGrath Foundation and the vital work they do within communities across Australia.
As a local, community-based sporting club, Corio Bay Sports Club is committed to supporting initiatives that promote wellbeing, care, and connection — both on and off the field. Pink Stumps Day provides an important opportunity for our club to come together and contribute to a cause that touches so many individuals and families.
As part of our fundraising efforts, we will be hosting our Cricket Club Ladies Day on Saturday 14th February. On the day, our 1st XI players competing at home will proudly wear pink baggy caps, helping to raise awareness and show visible support for the McGrath Foundation.
We will also be selling pink bucket hats featuring the Corio Bay Sports Club logo, along with running a raffle, with all proceeds from these activities donated directly to the McGrath Foundation.
Funds raised through Pink Stumps Day help provide access to McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, who offer free clinical, emotional, and practical support to people and families experiencing breast cancer, ensuring no one has to face cancer alone.
We sincerely thank everyone who supports our fundraising efforts. Your generosity helps strengthen our community and contributes to care and support where it is needed most.
