This October, I'm fundraising to help fund more McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, because care for all takes a nation.
Every day, around 450 people in Australia are diagnosed with cancer. That's why I'm challenging myself to walk 10,000 steps every day in October and raise funds to support people experiencing cancer and their families. The money raised will help fund free McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, who provide vital care, support and guidance when it's needed most.
McGrath Cancer Care Nurses provide free clinical, emotional and psychosocial support to people with any type of cancer and their families. By supporting my fundraiser, you're helping fund more nurses and making sure more people can access the care they need, when they need it most.
This personal challenge is a reminder that every step can make a difference. Just as McGrath Cancer Care Nurses walk alongside people through their cancer experience, I'm committing to taking 10,000 steps a day to help make that care possible. Every donation, no matter the size, helps bring more support to more Australians facing cancer.

I'll be taking on a personal challenge to walk 10,000 steps every day throughout October.
That means plenty of 5am wake-ups, early morning laps of Centennial Park, and as many Bondi to Bronte coastal walks as I can fit in before work.
Rain, shine or sore legs, I'm committing to getting the steps done every day while raising funds for the incredible work of McGrath Cancer Care Nurses 💗
