Pink is the colour of care

We are fundraising to ensure that no one goes through cancer without the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse.  

McGrath Cancer Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by cancer by providing invaluable clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment. .

Date: 20/12/2025 - 20/12/2025

Our local cricket club will host a 6 a side round robin competition on Saturday 20.12.25 to raise funds for the McGrath Foundation. Breakfast and lunch on offer as well as a mega raffle with all prizes donated. Always a great family day and inclusive. Each team must include at least one female and a junior player.

1 week to go!

Our day is fast approaching with our event being held next Saturday 20th December.

We are still looking for teams to register for the day. 6 a side, with each team to have at least one female and a junior player.

Day usually kicks off around 9am, depending on how many teams we have. We will have bacon and egg rolls for breakfast available. Plenty of refreshments. Lunch will be roast rolls and salad.

Teams will play all throughout the day, with a final series and two teams to play off in the grand final. Who will be our 2025 Pink Stumps Champions? Can Nelby's Warriors go back to back?

I can't forget our Mega Raffle. $2 per ticket or 3 for $5. We have an amazing array of prizes, currently 70+ draws to be done on the day.

We would love to see Oaklands Rec Ground turned Pink. So wear something pink on the day.
