We've chosen to fundraise for the McGrath Foundation because of the incredible impact their Breast Care Nurses make in communities across Australia. These specialist nurses provide free physical, emotional, and phychological support to individuals and families experiencing breast cancer right from diagnosis, throughout treatment and beyond.
By hosting our 'Pulse and Plunge' Event, we want to bring people together through movement and wellness while also giving back to a cause that touches so many lives. Every dollar raised will help the McGrath Foundation continue their mission of ensuring that no one faces breast cancer without care and support they need.

We are hosting our first ever "PULSE AND PLUNGE" event at P3 Recovery Moore Park in support of the McGrath Foundation.
Saturday 8th November 8am.
The morning will start with an uplifting, all levels Pilates class on the lawns at the Entertainment Quarter, designed to get everyone moving, connected, and energised.
After class, guests can refresh with Healthy Juices, Fruit cups, Yoghurt and Granola before stepping into P3 Recovery to experience our premium facilities.
From Magnesium Plunge pools to our 22 person Traditional sauna.
With 100+ tickets expected to be sold, plus brand activations, giveaways and community spirit in full swing, this will be an unforgettable event that blends movement, wellness and purpose,
