We're fundraising to help fund more McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, because care for all takes a nation.

Every day, 450 people in Australia are diagnosed with cancer. Behind every diagnosis is a person, a family and a community whose lives are changed in an instant.

McGrath Cancer Care Nurses provide free clinical, emotional and psychosocial support to people with any type of cancer and their families. By supporting my fundraiser, you're helping fund more nurses and making sure more people can access the care they need, when they need it most.

This October, Sunshine Coast Haematology and Oncology Clinic is proud to fundraise for the McGrath Foundation as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer affects many patients and families within our community, and we see firsthand the importance of compassionate care and support throughout a cancer journey. The McGrath Foundation helps make life-changing Breast Care Nurses available to people with breast cancer and their families, providing invaluable support, information and guidance from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. We’re proud to support this wonderful cause and help contribute to the important work they do for our community.
