We’re hosting a full day of tennis and community connection in Parkes in support of the McGrath Foundation

The day will begin with our Ladies & Girls Cardio Morning – Hey Sis Project x McGrath Foundation, featuring cardio tennis sessions for ladies and young girls, off-court leadership activities, music, light refreshments, raffle prizes, and plenty of pink energy! Everyone is encouraged to dress in pink, with prizes for best dressed to add a little fun while raising awareness for such an important cause.

In the afternoon, we’ll keep the energy going with a Mixed Doubles Community Event, open to all ages. This session will bring a friendly, social competition to the courts — with pairs registering to play timed doubles matches against other pairs, food, a photo area, music, and that same community spirit.

Both events are all about movement, connection, and purpose — celebrating women, families, and community while raising funds and awareness for the McGrath Foundation.

I am fundraising to ensure that no one goes through cancer without the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse. 

McGrath Cancer Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by cancer by providing invaluable clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.
