Pink is the colour of care
At the Wambo Complex we recognise everyone's life at some point is touched by cancer, whether that be through their own personal journey, family, friends, colleagues and even just the people you meet in passing. We are fundraising to ensure that no one goes through cancer without the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse.
McGrath Cancer Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by cancer by providing invaluable clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.
At Peabody Wambo we change out our hard hats every two years and through this process we select a new colour. This cycle we are changing our colour to PINK with the aim of starting a conversation around cancer awareness but also mental health.
Through this campaign we are engaging all our employees on site and our contractors. Please help us reach our target and be a part of our campaign and conversation.
