Pink is the colour of care: WCCG's Pink-Plank-athon

WCCG is fundraising to help fund more McGrath Cancer Care Nurses, because care for all takes a nation.

Every day, 450 people in Australia are diagnosed with cancer. Behind every diagnosis is a person, a family and a community whose lives are changed in an instant.

McGrath Cancer Care Nurses provide free clinical, emotional and psychosocial support to people with any type of cancer and their families.

By supporting our fundraiser, you're helping fund more nurses and making sure more people can access the care they need, when they need it most.

We turn pink for the month of October, all of our tradesman wear their PINK hi-viz rpoudly! We also have a fitness challenge amongst the team to try and raise awareness and donations for the McGrath Foundation Cancer Support Nurses. 2026 will be our Pink-Plank-athon, we are aiming for 600 minutes/10 hours of planking for the month.
