PINK up Your Town - The Lions Club of Young

Pink is the colour of our town

We are fundraising to ensure that no one goes through cancer without the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse. 

We are calling on you, our Neighbours, sports clubs, schools, and local businesses to get behind our efforts and help us create a visual show of support for people in our own local area experiencing cancer. 

McGrath Cancer Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by cancer by providing invaluable clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment. 

We will be holdings 2 Trots events on 7th October & 11th November, with a minimum of $1,000.00 of our proceeds being donated directly to the McGrath Foundation. We will have a variety merchandise you can purchase will all proceeds going straight to the McGrath Foundation. We are also running a Raffle & Auction; details can be found on our flyers in local shops or on our photos area on this page later this month. Later in the year we are working towards holding a fun filled community Cricket event, you will have to wait for further details, in the meantime please share our page, jump on board and help paint Young PINK!
